Section 2: Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sale and Event Participation
Scope of Application
These T&C apply to the purchase of tickets for events organized by KEFAI Italian Collective (the “Organizer”). They are valid and binding at the time of ticket purchase, whether the ticket is purchased online through the official website or an authorized external ticketing platform. For tickets purchased at the box office, these conditions are binding at the time of purchase, provided access to the event is granted. In the case of complimentary access (such as guestlists or reservations through event partners), the T&C are binding when the participant becomes aware of the event access method.
Conclusion of the Contract
Purchasing a ticket constitutes a binding offer by the customer under German Civil Code (§ 145 BGB). The contract is valid when the ticket is delivered electronically after full payment.
Prices and Payments
Ticket prices are final and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is due immediately upon purchase through the available payment methods.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets are sent electronically to the email address provided during purchase.
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the provided email and checking spam filters.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
In case of event cancellation by the Organizer, no refunds are issued. Customers will be offered an alternative event.
Additionally, the Organizer may offer the option to purchase ticket insurance for specific events. If this insurance is purchased, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if the request is made at least 72 hours before the event's start. Full details and terms of the insurance option will be provided at the time of purchase, if the option is available.
The Organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the event program, venue, or schedule. Significant changes will be communicated promptly, but do not entitle customers to a refund.
Event Access and Hausrecht (Right of Admission)
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who poses a risk to the safety, health, or well-being of others. Access is granted only with a valid ticket or official reservation (e.g., guestlist, table). Re-entry is generally not allowed after exiting, except under specific circumstances. The Organizer reserves the right to inspect bags and personal belongings. Entry may be denied in cases of intoxication, dangerous behavior, health and safety risks, harassment, suspicious behavior, or other conditions compromising safety or the well-being of others. Entry denial or removal does not entitle the individual to a refund.
The following items are prohibited at the event:
Weapons of any kind
Pyrotechnic materials
Glass bottles not sold within the event
Hard containers
Drones
Any potentially dangerous objects
Event Participation and User Conduct
Participants must adhere to venue rules and follow instructions from event and security personnel. Dangerous or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.
It is not allowed to bring any object outside the event space, including glasses, bottles, or other equipment, unless they are disposable items (e.g., event-specific gadgets). Violators may be removed from the event without refund.
The Organizer is not liable for:
Material damages, losses, or theft of personal belongings during the event
Any inconveniences caused by event changes or delays
Injuries resulting from negligent behavior of participants during the event
Reporting Mechanisms and Actions
Participants are encouraged to report any violations promptly to event staff, either in person or through Instagram @kefai.munich or WhatsApp at +4915256732064 (Leandro), to ensure that staff can take appropriate action. If this is not possible, violations should be reported via email to info.kefai@gmail.com, with a detailed description of the incident to help us evaluate the case.
The Organizer reserves the right to issue a permanent Hausverbot (ban) to anyone violating these rules or causing damage to the Organizer or other participants. Entry denial or removal due to violations of these rules does not entitle the individual to a refund.
Image Use and Privacy
By attending the event, participants consent to the use of photos and videos for promotional purposes without any compensation. For details on data processing, please refer to the privacy policy available on the Organizer's official website.
